Animal Agriculture
The Animal Agriculture project teaches youth about raising and caring for livestock such as cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, and poultry. Members learn about nutrition, breeding, health management, and proper handling practices. The project helps develop responsibility, leadership, and practical skills while preparing youth for careers or hobbies in agriculture.

Livestock Judging
The Livestock Judging project teaches youth how to evaluate animals such as cattle, sheep, goats, and swine based on conformation, quality, and suitability. Members develop critical thinking, decision-making, and public speaking skills as they compare animals and explain their evaluations. The project also builds confidence, leadership, and a deeper understanding of animal agriculture.

Dairy Goats
The Dairy Goat project teaches youth how to care for, manage, and show dairy goats. Members learn about breeds, nutrition, milking, health care, and proper handling techniques. The project helps develop responsibility, animal husbandry skills, and knowledge for both competitive and hobby goat-keeping.

Horse, Horse Judging, Hippology
The Horse, Horse Judging, and Hippology projects introduce youth to all aspects of horse care, riding, and management. Members learn about horse breeds, nutrition, grooming, and health, as well as skills in judging horses and understanding equine science through Hippology. These projects build responsibility, teamwork, and knowledge for both competitive and recreational equine experiences.

Breeding (Fancy) Poultry
The Breeding Poultry project teaches youth how to raise and manage chickens, ducks, or other poultry for reproduction and flock improvement. Members learn about breeds, genetics, incubation, health care, and proper housing. The project helps develop responsibility, animal care skills, and an understanding of poultry production and management.

Rabbits
The Rabbit project introduces youth to the care, management, and showing of rabbits. Members learn about breeds, proper nutrition, housing, health care, and grooming while developing responsibility and animal husbandry skills. Many also participate in shows, record keeping, and community education activities related to rabbits.

Veterinary Science
The Veterinary Science project introduces youth to animal health and veterinary care. Homesteading

Market Poultry / Poultry Judging
The Market Poultry and Poultry Judging project teaches youth about poultry production, evaluation, and selection. Members learn how to raise and manage market birds, evaluate poultry for quality and performance, and develop skills in areas such as nutrition, health, anatomy, egg quality, carcass evaluation, and breed identification. Youth may participate in market poultry shows, poultry judging contests, and other hands-on activities while developing responsibility, decision-making, and animal science skills.
