2027 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo - Entry Paperwork

To enter the Junior Show, exhibitors must complete the 2027 Junior Show Entry Worksheet & Exhibitor agreement. Afterwards you can submit it, along with the applicable entry fees, to the Denton County Extension Office by the deadline.

Fort Worth also offers the following team contests. If your team would like to enter them, please contact Steven. They will have the same November 9th deadline.

2027 San Angelo Stock Show – Junior Show Entries

To enter, exhibitors must complete the 2027 Junior Show Entry Worksheet and submit it, along with the applicable entry fees, to the Denton County Extension Office by the deadline.

2027 San Angelo Stock Show – Contest Entries

Exhibitors interested in participating in the following contests must submit their entries through the Denton County Extension Office by the deadlines listed below.

Junior Food Challenge | $60 per team | November 9, 2026

Agricultural Public Speaking| $35 per individual| January 4, 2027

Livestock Judging| $15 per individual| February 8, 2027

Important: All entries for these contests must be submitted through the Denton County Extension Office. Please plan accordingly to meet the county deadlines.

To enter the Junior Show, exhibitors must complete the 2027 Junior Show Entry Worksheet and the Release of Liability, Indemnity, and Drug Certification Form. Both forms, along with the applicable entry fees, must be submitted to the Denton County Extension Office by November 9, 2026.

All entries must be submitted through the Extension Office. Families cannot submit entries directly to the show.

Important: The Junior Show Entry Worksheet is not an official entry form. All official entries must be submitted online by the County Extension Agent.

Individual Judging Contests – Public Speaking & Agricultural Science Fair

• All entries must be submitted through the Denton County Extension Office by November 16, 2026.

Team Judging Contests

• All team judging contest entries must be submitted through the Denton County Extension Office.

• Entry Deadline: January 25, 2027.

2027 SandHills Stock Show & Rodeo – Entry Information

The 2027 SandHills Stock Show & Rodeo will use the Showman app for all exhibitor entries.

Entry Deadline: November 15, 2026

Exhibitors may begin submitting entries now through November 15 through the online entry portal:

The form is also available on the SandHills Showman entry site under “Files and Links.” Once completed, exhibitors must upload the form through Showman to finalize their entry. Reminder: Entries are not complete until all required forms have been uploaded and submitted by the November 15 deadline.

2027 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo – Entry Information

The 2027 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo will use TexasShowPass again this year for entries. 

Exhibitors/Parent Portal Entry Deadline: November 20, 2026

Exhibitors may begin submitting entries starting November 1 through the online entry portal: https://texasshowpass.com/

This includes Livestock (Shows & Contests), Ag Mechanics, Junior Shoot-Out and Calf Scramble.

2027 Denton County Youth Fair – Entry Information

The 2027 Denton County Youth Fair will take place March 29–April 3, 2027, at the North Texas Fairgrounds in Denton. All exhibitor entries will be submitted online through the Showman app.

Entry Deadlines:

• December 19, 2026: Market livestock, breeding livestock (excluding breeding rabbits), and exhibition poultry

• February 13, 2027: Creative Arts, Horticulture, Public Speaking, Tractor Driving, Ag Mechanics, Breeding Rabbits, and Market Rabbits

Important: Breeding livestock entries must include a copy of the animal's registration papers at the time of entry, when applicable.

Exhibitors are responsible for selecting their entries and completing all required information and payments online.
